Coatings

Service Highlights

Our team carefully selects and applies the right coating for your specific application, ensuring your components can withstand the harshest environments while maintaining performance and longevity.

Halar, Plastisol, Xylon Coatings

These specialty coatings deliver unique protective benefits for critical environments.

Halar Coating: Halar is a type of plastic. It is otherwise known as ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE). ECTFE is a type of plastic that is semi-crystalline and melt- processable, which makes it extra useful in an industrial context. It also has several properties that make it more valuable. Some of those properties are: • Temperature resistant • Corrosion resistant • High-impact strength • Resistant to Solvents • High electrical resistivity These qualities make ECTFE an ideal coating for industrial needs.

Xylon Coating: Fluoropolymer-based industrial coating Xylan is a fluoropolymer-based industrial coating, most commonly used in non-stick cookware. Generally, it is applied in a thin film to the target material to improve its durability and non-stick properties.

Plastisol Coating: A thick, flexible plastic coating that resists abrasion, corrosion, and electrical hazards.

Teflon (PTFE), FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVC Coatings

PTFE coating is the process of coating items in PTFE. This is primarily done with two coats (a primer & a top coat). The PTFE coating is applied to areas where either a low friction, a corrosion-resistant or a dry lubricant is required.

PTFE (Teflon): Exceptional heat resistance and non-stick surface FEP: Flexible, non-wetting, and easy to apply PFA: Chemically resistant with high thermal stability ETFE: Strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant PVC: Cost-effective, thick-film coating for industrial parts

Hydro Dipping

Hydro dipping is a decorative coating process that applies intricate patterns & graphics to 3D surfaces. Each dip creates a unique finish, making it perfect for customizing automotive parts, tools, equipment casings with style & functionality.

Brittle Coating

Brittle coatings are used in strain analysis to detect cracks and deformation in materials. Applied as a thin layer, they crack visibly under stress, helping engineers analyze weak points in structures, particularly in aerospace component testing and quality control.
